I have my object I want to control with receiver A, And the actual controllinator elsewhere as Transmitter A. Works 100% in create mode, The object will not move or respond to any button presses in play mode however.

total shot in the dark, but are you using a movie camera? you'll still have control in create if the camera is set to "disable controllers" but not in play mode.

... this is hard, you have to tell us more details, like: What the controllinator for? Sackbot? Emiter? Camera? and What are the settings of this controllinator?
