Imagine someone and their friends just found a new dangerous glitch in LBP2 that should be patched as soon as possible. Imagine this new glitch is so bad it makes playing LBP2 online impossible and is incurable. These friends have sent e mails and messages about this glitch to spaff and steveni but spaff and steveni have not replied. They do not want to post this glitch on getsatisfaction.com because many people would try the dangerous glitch. What should these friends do? How can they talk directly to someone who is responsible for patching serious bugs in LBP2?

try sending Steveni a PM either here or Planetarium. He'll see it. I imagine their email gets pretty full and would be easy for an email to get lost in the mix or buried deep within.

Grrr. I want to know about this sooo bad. Not how it is performed or to use it maliciously, but what it does and how it could "ruin online play for everyone". Pretty substantial sounding stuff and I can't stand not knowing everything about everything in lbp2. O_O

Well if beta survived god glitch and full version overlord glitch (Which was lesser issue thru) i guess at the end it would not ruin LBP... or else it's something worse that will overcome MM and Sony ;p

We receive a rather substantial amount of emails regarding new "game-breaking" glitches that will cause "untold doom and gloom across the whole of LittleBigPlanet"... Of course, this is not always the case and some folks have a tendancy to exaggerate such things. So we don't tend to jump back with a reply of equal urgency because more often than not, such action isn't required and we would end up looking deep into issues that simply don't exist. If we feel that further action is necessary though, we will pass on such information to our QA team for further research into the issue and if need be, we will contact you back and ask for more information. More often than not though, that fortunately is not necessary.

Of course, this is not always the case and some folks have a tendancy to exaggerate such things. Overlord glitch was funny, I'd never seen it or heard of it on LBP, only people discussing it here. Then it was patched.

Are you talking about the lethal sackboy glitch? The is glitch probably not the lethal sackboy glitch, but I might be wrong. It is a pretty dangerous glitch, but it isn't a glitch that would exactly make online play impossible. There must be something else going on here, but I'd rather not get into that.
