How Do You Create Custom Materials?

| If you play Rapunzel's Rodent Problem (Mm Pick), you get some new materials from prize bubbles. There is a magnifier material, a metal material, a black sponge material, a broken glass material, and a water material (it's also called Freaky Clouds when you tweak it, but it looks nothing like Freaky Clouds.) Anyone know how to make custom materials? EDIT: The material was not from that level, but the author of the material is QueenCherry. | chances are they are glitched materials and therefore were discovered by accident. There is no official way to create a new material.
