When you are searching levels and go into lucky dip or newest levels, you're more or less met by a bunch of random, bland levels with pre-made sticker icons, almost non of which have a significant amount of plays and are mostly goingto be fiarly boring to play. So you how about an option to search for levels which have a noticable amount of plays only? Maybe from 10, 100, 500 or 1000+. The search engine (Maybe lucky dip) then finds levels that are over that play quantity oinly. Of course the level would have to be noticed by the community and have enough plays to be found on the search, but once the level has been played enough the level will be entered into the filter for play amounts, publicising the level more and spurring more plays for the level. Rates and hearts could also possibly be searched instead of plays. Of course, there would be levels which have already have 1000's of plays, but are old and are mostly past their prime, meaning that lots of classic but well-aged levels would be piled up on the list. Perhaps this could be fixed by the level's newness at the top of the list, or the level with the least amount of plays but over the chosen amount at the top? Discuss.

I agree, some kind of more advanced filters are pretty much a must now with all the beaters being published these days. The only problem I see though with a number-of-plays filter is that so much of the copied survival crap has <thousands of plays. A good way around this would be to have like a reverse text search as one of the filters, meaning it would search for anything that doesn't have the word/s you searched for in the title or description.

you're more or less met by a bunch of random, bland levels with pre-made sticker icons, almost non of which have a significant amount of plays and are mostly goingto be fiarly boring to play. never judge a book by it's cover Secondly, pretty sure "cool levels" uses a formula similiar to what your suggesting and as we all know... well... that's working out great XD Ratings mean very little in lbp so I believe that this would simply be a waste of resources to implement. Your better off keeping an eye on forum picks, because they have gone through quality control first and are made by creators for the sake of creating rather than trophies or mere fame.
