After a long time of creating, I finaly got to publisha new level! This time, dont worry about half of the controls being locked, or completely messed up. Using 1 player only logic, this level keeps the host the only player in the level when the others are watching. Due to the pace of the gameplay, I was forced to make this a 1 player only. Anyways, go queue the level!

I enjoy the level as it looks great, but this level is open-ended in many sections. For example, when I left the water part, I went left and went back to the checkpoint where the water part began, but I could not pass that part without the sponge, which was gone. So I couldn't complete the level. I also don't like the music. All channels of that music, except Melody A, which was my favorite part, were turned on. If you could change the music, where Melody A is on, but Melody B is off, I would appreciate it. Another thing I don't like is that there are paths that leave the foundation.

Despite the downfalls I pointed out to you, the level is in good detail, and I'm in favor of the infinite life checkpoints. I remember playing some LBP2 levels with only three-life checkpoints (single-ring), and they were from the same creator. But with your use of the infinite life checkpoitns, I would admire the level.

BTW, it doesn't matter if you can't ace a community level. It only matters if you can't complete the level.

Thanks for your feedback, and I will look into the several problems you mentiond... Im sorry you couldnt finish the level because some level breaking gliches, and I will fix them as soon as posible. As the matter of personal opinion, I like the music as it is, and im not sure if im gona change it, but im defenitly thinking about it.

EDIT: Fixed the bugs

I loved this to bits - it was just a blast to play. The challenge and the pace were spot on and the way everything kept moving and changing was just amazing! It was all so inventive and clever and different.

I think there is an issue with the underwater section, though. When you enter the water for a second time a lot of players (including me at least twice) will automatically grab a new sponge because they don' realise that the way to the right is clear. If you grab a new sponge, the one pushing the block on the far right up dissolves. This means that even if you can swim all the way to the right you can't take the sponge with you, so can't push the right-hand block up again. I didn't realise what I'd done, thought it was another puzzle and managed to finish the level without the sponge by jumping from the block in the centre onto the bouncepads in the back layer (which is tricky but possible). Unless you can somehow prevent people grabbing a new sponge second time round, I'd almost be inclined not to move the wall because I think a lot of people will fall into same the trap I did.

Anyway, still an awesome level!

Thankyou so much for your feedback!
I had a lot of feedback saying that same thing happend to them. I did fix this, so even if you get another ball, that wall will change to the front layer, so you can easly bring another ball over to the other side. But, it also lets players get to the other side without the need of the ball.

I am gona go back over that section and test it some more when i have the time to make sure that its working exactly how I want it to.
I also want to say thanks for not giving up, because I know that most players would quit and boo.

I was coming to mention the problem I had, which is exactly what the others have experienced. I wasn't able to finish, but I still "yayed" it and will go back in and complete it. I really like the design of this and the gameplay mechanics are really fun to play.2012-03-25 19:39:00

I also got stuck in the same section. It's a really good level even without being able to finish it. Glad you have updated the section though!2012-03-25 22:04:00

Positives:
-The theme of this level is great with the whole factory fills and good logic use you have going on
-Tubes were great how you put them to use, most level I've played didn't really use to them with the theme as great as you did
-The platforming is really well did, I like how it shifts to the next spot you suppose to land and keep the platforming flowing.
-Also like how you make the player redo the whole course instead of giving them an easy checkpoint to just continue on if they keep dieing

Negatives:
-None
Comment:
When I first played this level I thought you only had once checkpoint lol but as I passed through each area the platforming got better and better I loved it..Great use of those tubes man and keep up the great work.

Thanks for your feedback Sabre!

For everyone with the same problem that Mr_Fusion, biorogue and alot of otheres: I dont realy say the same things enough. I realy felt like I left myself down with that last section, but I am realy thankful that you can look past that problem (even if it is a major one) and not rate down.

Ah here we go, i was lookin for the LBPC thread for this.

My opinion is just like everyone else, its amazing but the ending is close to impossible to complete, but still deserves a yay.

Got a video for ya

http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=WHLP7IIncUA
I think i was a bit harsh on my comments on the ending sorry

As i looked at the video (since i had to cut it from the obvious section) I think i noticed the problem as well as ideas for fixing it.

The right cardboard spot is slightly higher, so the sponge isn't going to be as "strong" when lifting the cardboard, so why not just lower it a bit?
Other possible ideas (no idea if they would work but i'm just throwing them out there)

Have the sponges something heavier like metal but use gravity tweakers to give it buoyancy so it'll float and material tweakers so its still grabbable
Change it so you can have 2 sponges out at a time.
Adding some logic in like pistons or movers to the cardboard or sponge so it rises a bit when its in place, when its grabbed it cancels the effect

Though in all honesty i think you should just do something completly new there, it just doesn't feel right with jumping and bouncing around everywhere and then doing that at the end.
