Like a sir...

My name is pretty obvious, so I won't waste anyones time.
Honesty is a virtue. I joined because I don't get any plays on my level, I don't network enough and without plays I have no criticism. Without criticism I can't improve, thus I still suck, thus still no plays. So in short I need exposure. I'm not gonna spam bad levels or anything. I do try to make quality stuff. I just have no drive to create if nobody plays. I love to create things and LBP cures that fix. I love this game. So that's why I joined.

Anyway not much to say really.
So I hope to find some good levels and maybe meet new friends along the way.
So I guess nice to meet everyone.

It's an awesome place to make new friends, learn techniques and tricks and just to have a good time. To help you explore the site I'll provide a few links for you.


The Level Showcase (http://www.lbpcentral.com/forums/forumdisplay.php?40-Level-Showcase) area is the place you want to go to make a thread about your level. We have an optional F4F (feedback for feedback) system where you tell others to check out your level, come back and give feedback/suggestions and you'll do the same for them. It's a valuable system that is underused here. Be sure to use the LBP.me tool (the white bell in a blue box icon) http://www.lbpcentral.com/images/lbpme.png this will pull your level info from LBP.me and place it in the thread for you.
Spotlights (http://www.lbpcentral.com/forums/content.php?124-Community-Content) -- In the mood to play some awesome member levels? This is the place to go. We're currently on episode 81!

Thank you as well. I joined rather late because of my stubbornness to conform. I dislike the idea of having to go online to compliment my gameplay experience. I finally caved in realizing, I would never enjoy the game, if I didn't participate. It's kind of sad when you think about it. I expect everyone here to be younger than me, since I'm 22, married and in the Navy. Haha, so I feel like a dork.2012-03-20 21:12:00

Welcome! Glad ya made it!

I was the same way to be honest. ..but I happened into this place from another site I found trying to get some answers to a problem I had. With time, I got the feedback I really needed to help me improve as a creator. Along the way I have met some stellar friends that have made this site really worth all the time I have spent here these past almost 3 years!

I create for my wife. I've slowly been working on a huge level that entails how we met. That is how I got hooked originally.
