The nest is probably an object.
The twig on the right is probably an object and the flowers attached to it are decorations.
The butterfly looks like a decoration.

The Bird's Nest, Blossom (Displayed under the Lamb Sticker) and Butterfly are the three Decorations within the pack.

Just downloaded this kit and added a list of its contents to the wiki (http://wiki.lbpcentral.com/Spring_Creator_Kit). Having done so, the next logical step was to put the bird's nest on Sackboy's head. 2012-03-21 02:13:00

I got it before i gone to bed 5 hours ago.... it's ok but it would had been nice if the flowers on the tree would had been their own deco instead of being stuck on the tree... plus no objects? seems this kit has less stuff then the last one altogether. *mew2012-03-21 08:30:00
