Wierd Shadow and Lighting glitch

Archive: 8 posts

Several days ago when I was in create mode on LBP2 I noticed that a wierd glitched shadow of the object I was building appeared and followed me around the level. I didn't really aknowledge it at the time but now everytime I try to build something with multiple stickers this glitch happens. It also seems to make fire, lights, and stickers dissapear and glitch. It's an extremely annoying glitch and it seems to happen everytime I play it also follows me in other levels too not just created levels. I've tried many things to get rid of the problem including deleting many of my photos, paintings, and saved objects but nothing works. If anyone else has had this problem and knows how to fix it please tell me I'm starting to get really frustrated 2012-03-18 20:24:00

I've only heard rumours of this but I believe I read somewhere that restarting (quit game, restart etc) the console fixed it for some people... but as I have never experienced it Ihave no idea who accurate this is.2012-03-18 23:57:00

What do you mean restart the console? Do you mean turn the console off during gameplay?2012-03-19 00:40:00

Same thing here!!!! I thought I was the only one! I have the same issue, and many other issues as well. My paintings won't load, snipping tool locks game up, attract-o-gel cause lag offline and online, and sooo many other issues! I have also tried everything, but nothing helps. I contacted Sony for help, and they had me delete the game data and corrupted files. It DID NOT WORK! All the issues are still there, and I had to reinstall the game and all my DLC (which is everything). This is driving me INSANE! I emailed Sony again today, and if I ever get this issue fixed, I'll let you know what to do!2012-03-19 20:03:00

You're not the only one experiencing these things, many others have too.
