after the deep sea adventures, is there any news or rumors about what or when the next level pack or kit might release? and i'm curious about the ones that cost money, not the free seasonal limited time ones.

Not that I know of, you would have to ask someone at MM or (maybe?) Tarsier. They usally dont give "hints" about upcoming DLC, they just announce it.

I saw a comment StevenI wrote on lbp a while back (just before he was confirmed an employee) that there would be more DLC around the time lbp vita was released. He's never been wrong before but... he's one of them now =p he's got to be extra secretive now. There's a wealth of good ideas and if money can be made from them I don't see an end to paid DLC anytime 'soon'

i fully expect something with vita launch being close, that being said my research of the vita site leads me to believe that even if i dont buy vita or the vita version of lbp that vita dlc could be purchased and compatible with lbp2 and 1, do you think i missread info from the lbp vita site?

Lol there is new Dlc comeing out :o LOL alice in wonderland or was it alice & wonderland ...Theres no set dat but theres the red queen alice and ummmm...2 others and a spring creaters kit.

The chances are lbpvita DLC will not be compatible with lbp2... they use differing hardware (touch screen , vita has better RAM etc) and unless lbp2 is heavily modified would simply not work... so yes, your research is flawed edit: @Lbphart3, source please edit edit: cheers KlawwThe Clown, guess on that basis a summer and Autumn creator kit too... maybe?

The Alice in Wonderland pack is supposed to have Alice, The Red Queen, The Cheshire Cat and the Mad Hatter, as well as some stickers. And yeah, a Spring Creators Kit with stickers and decorations. According to LBP2Blog (http://lbp2blog.com/page/index.html/_/site-updates/so-whats-all-this-about-r71), and they've never been wrong before.

my opinion, that quote from vita site is saying two different things, not one thing twice, first part, all existing ps3 costumes come with, second part, the vast selection of dlc from store will be backwards compatible, thats where i see a difference makes no sense to say backwards because they are already compatible the only way to go backwards will be vita to lbp2 and 1, otherwise they'd say forwards compatible

Backwards compatible means it can play older content... always has, most likely always will (e.g a backwards compatible ps3 (old 60GB model) can play ps2 games but a ps2 cannot play ps3 games / lbp2 is backwards compatible with lbp1... it can play lbp1 content... but lbp1 cannot play lbp2 content)

wishfull creative thinking ? 8) plus from a economic stance it only make sense to make vita dlc backwards compatible to lbp 2 and 1 to tap the numbers of users who might spend 2.99 on dlc but not buy a 250.00 vita and 50.00 game, think of all the users who got lbp1 for free from the blackout, i think there are more people playing 1 than 2. any business would rather get a few bucks from each of them rather than allow vita buyers to bring purchased costBring your whole wardrobe with you! So there's two DLCs we know about. I wonder if there's anything else. Pretty sure there'll be a first week shirt for LBP Vita, in fact I'm almost certain. But that's kind of obvious.
