Weaponizing Hologram for the Createnator

I'm trying to make a laser helmet for a Multiplayer arena level. The hologram for the lazer is a small strait line (3 squares long on small grid) with a microchip. On the microchip i have an impact sensor attached to destroyer so that the hologram doesn't fly off for ever stopping you from making your next shot, a danger sensor (plasma) so it kills other players, a blue tag, and a blue tag sensor attached to a destroyer so that colliding lasers destroy each other. Everything was working alright until i noticed that the laser wont kill another player if it hits the sackboy in the head. It just breaks as if it hits the wall. I tried to lower the shot and that works to kill the sackboy on a ground level, but if you jump above or jump from a platform and shoot down the laser just breaks on the opponents head without kill... I was wondering if anyone had tried this and gotten it to work, and what they might have done to get it to work correctly. Any help would be greatly appreciated! Something similar has happened to me before. Sackboy's head isn't really part of the physical hitbox (this is so he won't get crushed if something only pushes his head down, it has to be his whole body), so there's not too much you can do about that other than maybe make some invisible hologram with the plasma on it around the projectile. For the impact problem, you could plug the impact sensor into a timer set to somewhere around 0.2, so that the laser can travel for a bit longer after it hits something. Also, I don't know if this is the problem or not, but it could be that the fix for emitters didn't fix the danger tweakers (I think I remember hearing this) so it wouldn't kill anyone. I tried the timer (0.1) thing, but ran into a problem where you could kill people through walls and from below through platforms. the invisible plasma around it might work. I'll have to try it!
