I would like to paint or draw images (outside of the game) and put them into my levels. I don't like the image quality of the play station eye. Is there another way?

(god, how many people asked this question...) It seems taking a picture of a computer screen makes better quality than picture of printed images (with flatscreen only though). So if you have a good quality camera or a scanner, you could take a picture of your painting, put it in your computer and take a picture of the computer. Not sure if it's good, just using information found here and there. I never use the camera.
