I am missing materials from Orient... The white rock Do you guys have it? D: and I have 100% completed game D: so where is da problem?

That's one of the Secret Materials that you can't get. Ricky III made a copyable level with all of the materials you can't recieve. You should download his level.

I still don't know what one you you mean unless you mean the ground you are standing on and I'm sure that's on the Secret Materials level. Or maybe I'm wrong. And anyway, if it's on the first Orient level then you can get it from the Orient Template, can't you?

-Go to My Moon -Select an empty crator -When it says: 'Blank Level' 'Down Under Template' 'The Orient Template' 'The Bazaar Template' and so on, select the Orient Template. -Corner edit some part of the white rock -Save it in Goodies Bag -Load it in the level you need it for -And do the rest (corner edit, enlarge etc.)

@Unc - You know that PSP games work on the Vita... right? He just downloaded the game from the PS Store. @Doggy - Did you search this material "by Theme"? EDIT: Just realised... GDB's right, I don't have it too. You can get it from the template. So if you want to create a level based on this material, you need to start it from the Orient template.
