Hey guys, I want to make a LBP type "Ninja warrior" level. Not a "remake" of the obstacles on the television show. But more like a intense LBP obstacle course. Only, instead of being nonstop, there will be different obstacles. (Like ninja warrior) However, I'm having a problem coming up with/designing insane obstacles. So LBPC, What kind of crazy, yet "simple" obstacles would you like to see in a level??

If you are serious about this, try making the level as accurate to the tv show as you can. For example, use water and put some lethal gas in it, so anyone that falls in it and respawns at the scoreboard much like in a 50 jumps, shark survival, or wipe out type level.

I'm not trying to remake the TV show obstacles, without even doing a search, I'm 100% sure that it has already been done many times.* What I am looking to do is make a obstacle course type level that is in the "same format" as Ninja Warrior. As in there are different obstacles to overcome, but it's not nonstop.* However, that means I need to come up with about 8 more good obstacles and I'm having trouble doing so.*

If you would like to include the grapple hook, you could do a section with platforms that go down into gas or such and you'd have to jump quickly onto another and grab onto a sponge (which also lowers you down into death) and mix with those two. It's good to make it fast paced and exiting but not too harrd. People will get frustrated. An obstacle could also include precision jumps and if you fail you have to start that obstacle over. A good and yet simple obstacle and a classic, a board that tips over to the side you are standing on.
