Cell Battle: Fever Pitch (Fast paced dual-stick shooter!)

Welcome to Fever Pitch, the "second round" of Royale! All the controls are the same, and all the rules are the same! All that's changed is...

-New, tougher enemies!
-New prizes!
-New Music! (8-Bit remixes!)

This level is also a sign. I WILL be making a third level, but it will be much different. another thing, the third level, if it will follow my plans on what I wish to do with it, will be a nightmare of logic. I will ONLY make it as long as I'm getting good support on this. Don't assume this is begging for plays. I just don't want to put weeks of work into something that won't be played.

This is a new boss. It's not much harder than any of the other enemies, ironically. The other enemies are VERY powerful, though.

This is an example of said "VERY powerful" Enemies. this one has the exact same stats of a boss from the first level, but it has FOUR turrets firing at you at once.

This is a rare enemy. The Gold Cell. It runs away from you at speeds much faster than your cell's speed. If you manage to corner it and kill it, though, you will net 1,000 points, and start a multiplier!

The very first thing was the menu. I thought I went to play but hit help instead. With only two things in the menu it's tricky to tell which one is selected. If the little corner things flashed not the selected one it would help a lot.

You can go through the walls which pretty much breaks the game as I just sat outside and shot the things, I then wandered over and got the prizes, this may have happened because I got wedged in the corner of a safe zone and something may have broke.

I think they the player control thing is a little too slippery also, it drifted around a little too much and made it tricky to feel in precise control.

The actual design is quite nice though and the enemies were clever and varied as is the ideas of safe sones.

It's generally tough to tell if what's selected when you only have two options. although, that idea helped. Also, the error you experienced with breaking is a rare bug with the level. Lastly, the drifting was intended. it makes gameplay less "Rough and sharp" and more "smooth and flowing", in my opinion. nevertheless, I intend on fixing, or at least improving everything.

Some things that I'd like to point out is that I forgot to change the name of the level within the tutorial, and that sometimes not everyone spawns when playing with multiple people, mainly a group of 4. The first bug is easy to fix, but the second one is becoming a problem. any ideas about how to fix it?

I liked and thought the design was quite nice. I would have liked the camera to be pulled back a little more to give a wider view of the playing field. The enemies were good and a nice variety but they were tough to kill. As fusion said, the safe zones were a good and clever gameplay element. Overall good job. I liked it.
