http://i424.photobucket.com/albums/pp327/staticspark151/LittleBigPlanet%20PSP/DSCF4564.jpg*Yawn* Where do I really begin in this...?
(Prequel of Journey)
A new level by me guys and gals!
Anyway, in this Journey level, there will be many different environments including...
The Caverns, The Mountains, The Spring, etc...

Yes, this level is a prequel to the Journey series. Nothing major in story, I just wanted to create another level. Which will share similar ideas of my level styles. You will encounter previous characters. They'll act neutral around you rather than acting as if you were a recon yet. There will be many bubbles to collect and different obstacles.

Also! I want to announce that I'm releasing "Solid Journey (Ver. 2)". It's an upgraded version of the original Solid Journey. (Not like Scenic of the Leaves) All I did was replace the original characters with the upgraded ones and fixed a few bugs/minor fixes. I also learned something new today!! O_O Not really a creating technique, but you guys know how when you create more in a level, the amount of kb rises. such as it starts on 160, then 224, 256, 288, 320, then 352??? I thought 352 was the last number to actually achieve on a level. And the only way to get that number is actually squeezing in stuff on max thermo...!!! However, I've finally seen 384. xD Dang... weird stuff...

Anyway! New level to the Journey series which is a prequel! And an update on Solid Journey!
So check out those levels, rate it, heart it, delete it. xD Do whatever to it! Just check it out and thank you for your time! Bye!

This type of level is what I've always wanted from you Spark. The visuals were gorgeous throughout the entire level, and the various landscapes mixed well together. Simply seeing the locked gate around the beginning made me imagine a large area to explore in the future, and even through it wasn't so, it was still inspiring stuff. This was another beautiful level from you, and I'm glad you created it.

Yeah, sorry about not putting much after the gate part. It was actually intended to have a lot later in the future. Including The Mountains and springs. I intended to make those 3 areas a lot longer. However, the moment I was actually at that part of creating, I realized I couldn't fit that all that I intended to fit. The only way I could pull that off was to cheat thermo, and honestly, I don't enjoy it's process because then I would have to cheat thermo again to fix bugs and stuff. The process kind of irritates me after awhile. I'm sorry those environments weren't as long as intended. I'm glad you found yourself to enjoy the level though! 2012-02-21 03:29:00

Wow! This level is great. I love all your levels, especially the journey series. This level was really similar but at the same time really different to the other levels in the series. And I liked that you used that same puzzle you used in Flat Down Journey. And the fact that it finished at the exact point in which Solid Journey starts was just awesome.

Are you planning on making a part 4?

I'm so glad you enjoyed the level! I was trying to stick to the concept of different environments in one level. It surely was different too. Like, there is no practice training in the beginning of the level unlike the other Journey levels. xD Only because the character starts out fresh, not a member yet. So, I appreciate that you found this level awesome. Thanks!!

Are you planning on making a part 4?
Okay, I never really said anything onto this series; however, the day I started on Solid Journey, I told myself this was going to be a 5 part series for sure! Then I made it to the third Journey level, (Journey Overworld) This is when I began changing the plot a bit and adjusting a few fixes. So Not only am I sticking to the concept of it being a five level series, (Not including Our Journey Begins) but the series will contain a few other levels to help the story a bit. With that, I jotted down new levels on mind, that is "Our Journey Begins" which takes place right before Solid Journey. Then there's Journey 1.5, which will take place between Solid Journey and Flat Down Journey. I planned to create Journey 4 and Journey 5. Although, I've been so busy lately that I haven't gotten around to it yet. I'm thinking maybe I should just finish the series on Vita...? I'm not sure though.

So yeah... I'm glad you enjoyed my new level with the rest of the series.

I played this today at lunch and thoroughly enjoyed it. I thought the visuals were fantastic and the gameplay even better. It's a great well thought out design and I loved the back n forth nature of it. Awesome job.2012-02-21 21:16:00
