You'll probably find that the tank treads are highly stretched, are they made out of metal? You could try changing them to another material like rubber (?) and placing a material tweaker on each piece and set it to 'indistuctable' . I made a tank in lbp1 (check it out, it's still published) and I couldn't stop it rocking backwards and forwards due to all the stress on the tight tracks. Hope this helps?

On the material tweakers you already have on the tracks turn off physics sounds and it should stop. I think you played my Challenger 2 level a while ago and you may have noticed it has a similar problem. I believe it's caused by the tracks being in a state of constant collision which triggers the sound effects associated with them.
