I grabbed up little big planet 2 special edition not that long ago. It didn't take long for me to get into the level creation. No i'm not jumping in ignorant, I am currently checking out the tutorials. How ever something I noticed is that the movies they show tend to omit the basics like what button or controls are used to access some parts. This has happened to me three times. I have figured out the first two no big. Now heres my question. While in the one of the censer tutorials I am required to access the global controls in order to raise the water level. How ever I can't do this. In the tutorial it doesn't say how to access this menu. So I looked it up on line. It said to press R2 on the tools bag so I did but nothing happens. I just can't access the global controls. How do I access the global controls and were can I find an advanced controls map on line so I can see every thing not just the basics. Note I did search this sight an several faqs before posting. Except for the R2 on the tools bag info I got nothing.

Should be in tools bag page 7 or sum See this vid. No R2 needed. Just X. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=h_7AIZAPZt8 Actually the tutorials teach you almost nothing but the very, very, basic, foolproof, childish stuff you can do, not to mention that some they can be and kinda confusing. To tell the truth if they were going to teach you anything you can do, there should be another 2 or 3 full BR discs in games case. Hmm..... in the end, i really doubt if the guys who built the game are aware of everything that is possible to be done with it but... who cares... If you are able to do, check the tutorials along with youtube vids to get a more specific view on the tools etc.
