So I just had a quick look at the store and it looks like 27 random PS2 games were put up yesterday...why have I heard no mention of this, why aren't there any games I want to play, why has it taken Sony so long to do this...what he hell is going on?

I find it odd that they seem to have chosen relativley un popular/ unheard of games as their first proper ps2 releases on the store... I thought only old ps3's could play ps2 games anyways?

I thought only old ps3's could play ps2 games anyways? Yeah, they must be straight ports rather than running on pops like the PSX games. And shut up Rock, I hate you <3

Here are some PS2 games re-released as downloadable titles on PSN. All 3 Sly Cooper titles, which can be purchased indivisually for 10 dollars each, or all together, for 30 dollars. http://blog.us.playstation.com/2011/11/23/the-sly-collection-heads-to-psn-tuesday/ Months after the Ico & SOTC Collection for PS3, they decided to release both games also on PSN as downloadable titles. Actually they are HD collections for PS3. These PS2 games that ARD has brought up are just standard PS2 games. No HD treatment here.

Well, I haven't checked these games out yet, I was just referencing some that I remember becoming downloadable, but yeah, I don't know what that's about.

And shut up Rock, I hate you <3 Aw, and I despise and wise nothing but pain and despair upon you and your house too <3 GTA, Klonoa 2, TimeSplitters and Final Fantasy 10 are NEEDED! Final Fantasy 10 is getting an HD update, so it probably won't be released on PS2 classics. Also, some of the GTA games have been confirmed by the ESRB. The publisher was listed as Sony, which means they'll be PS2 Classics and not HD update (notice how every PS1/PS2 classic has Sony as publisher? Ohhhhhhhhh yeah)
