How to Access the Community Bag?

Archive: 4 posts

I saw a thread that was similar to this, but unless I misread it, the question was a bit different, so I'm posting this thread. If I misunderstood and it was the same, please close this thread moderators and...well, help me figure out the answer in that one.

I've been playing a lot of Community Levels lately, and getting a lot of really cool free items that I want to use in my levels. Custom made objects (such as Star Wars vehicles). But in the Level Creator, they're not showing up for me. I've checked everywhere in my Goodies Bag, and just can't find the things. I know they're there though, because in the last level I played, there was a pop up message saying something about my 'Community Items' bag is full, and that if I want to get more, I need to clear some older ones out.

The only explanation I can come up with on my own is I've yet to watch all the tutorials in the Level Creator, so maybe that's barring me access to them right now? If that's not it, I have no idea.

So where in the world are those kept? How can I access them to put into my own levels? :/

Watch every tutorial first, its probably that.

Welcome to LBPC BTW, you got anything published, yet?

Okay, I'll watch all of those tonight then (PSP's not on me right now), and get back to you tomorrow on if that fixed it or not, thanks. ^_^

And nah, not yet. I've barely toyed with creating anything yet, was trying to stockpile a lot of tools first, which is why I hadn't finished those tutorials yet. I have a few ideas for some levels though.

Update

I guess that was the problem after all, heh. ^_^; Or at least, one particular tutorial needed watched first, cuz it directly mentioned the Community Items area of the bag. After that, I was able to scroll right over and...there it was. So now back to playing a bunch of downloaded levels and stockpiling stuff I might need. Thanks again, nysudyrgh.

Surely they should be kept in the Community Objects page in the Goodies Bag.

Page 1: Materials
Page 2: Collected Objects (Story Mode)
Page 3: My Objects
Page 4: Community Objects

Press R to advance pages.

Or is that not what you were talking about.

Also, if you've checked there and they're not there, then maybe they have DLC that you don't own.
