Make a three layered block of any material except hologram and hover so that your Sackboy is half over and half under the edge of the block. Then, get a friend (who is in non-hover mode) to slap you. If you do it right, your Sackboy will fall in front of the block and you can move around in front of the block. I know there's no use for this glitch, but it's (kinda) fun taking pictures of each other moving around randomly in front of the block. Like this: 38758 38757 Heh heh. Try it yourself and take a picture.

I've experienced a different type of this glitch. I don't know how I did it but I Did this glitch in the playable layer while still having full control of sackboy. Bounce pads and power ups also worked fine.

Did this with someone the other day. If you put a bounce pad down (they put it at an angle... not sure if that's relevant), when you bounce, if you're character does a spin, they'll keep spinning in mid air!

Check out my Fly Layer Glitch on LBP2 ;D emitted 2 thin holograms in the furthest back layer at the same time, so one object is now in the fly layer.. you can't fly trhough it ;D

I actually experienced this once alone. I was in hover mode and was flying really fast. I accidentally press the down D-pad button and stopped hovering in fornt of my 3-layered floor it was quite funny and at the same time wierd... but I had to go back to work so I left it be. Even more strange is the fact that I tried to replicate the circumstances and I never managed to do that again.

Well, since you bumped this thread, I guess I'll go ahead and say that your method works too. You have to get the timing right, when you're exactly at the edge of the 3 layered block. You also have to move really fast.
