Why are all the highest rated levels prize levels?

| When I go on to the highest rated section I get bombarded by "50 fr33 prizes", "gifts for the LBP community" etc. My question is why? I've already established that nobody looks at their collected items anyway (https://lbpcentral.lbp-hub.com/index.php?t=t=6191). Why would you rate a level 5 stars because it gives you free things? Most of the time they're useless objects. I thought that the highest rated system would get rid of trophy levels, thankfully it did, but now there's a prize levels issue. | Because the average LittleBigPlanet player is not like you and I. They see that and think "Aww, how nice!" and 5 star it even though they don't care for whatever they collected.
