Unless I'm being stupid, there isn't something like this in place at the moment. I think it would be a nice feature to be able to "subscribe" to your favourite creators. Yes, the activity of hearted creators shows up in the recent activity, but it would be great if you got a little alert (similar to the one saying there are new levels in your queue), that says when they have released a new level.

Something I've wanted for a while now was to filter my Recent Activity by 'Republishes and New Publishes' only. That would make using my Hearted List a lot easier as sometimes I'll find myself skimming over new levels by creators I like without noticing. I think this is ideally what Hearts are for, but the Hearted Creators publishing activity just gets thrown in with everything else in Recent Activity and it's just a mess at times. So, yeah. I'm all for a means to clearly find new published works. Whether it be a new RA filter or whatever else.

actually the recent activity works pretty well for me. That's how I found out that Elvenbane had a new level. I was like "noway!" and went and played the level. it's an awesome level BTW.

I just hate how it says EVERY SINGLE thing that happens to a level or creator if you have hearted them. Why would anyone care that all these random people played or hearted that creator? Because of that, I rarely even look at my recent activity feed :/ So I probably do miss some great levels. Being able to filter it would be so nice. I'd filter it to comments, reviews and published levels BY the hearted creators and ON the hearted levels.

But you can see people which hearts you and that can you filter by filtering "Me".

You can see those who you have hearted hearting others, but not random people. Could you imagine the amount of spam that would create for a particularly popular creator? :O I really love the idea of filtering the recent activity feed though. This should be suggested on getsatisfaction for sure. (If it is suggested at some point, can someone let us know in this thread, so I can support it? ) I'd probably filter it down to... whatever took my fancy at the time. Another feed that it could have could be "... beat your highscore". Especially applicable to me right now as I'm fighting to keep #2 spot in ninja's "emotionally unstable" level

I personally like seeing my hearted creators heart others because sometimes it's because they were impressed by the person's work as a creator themselves. The same can go for hearting and upvoting levels. I rarely use the cool pages anymore so this is often how I find levels and other creators; just by seeing what everyone else is playing. I don't necessarily see why we have to see everyone's comments pop up though. It might be useful when they're about they're next level? Most of the comments don't seem be any of our business though. Just seems like a cheap way to stalk people and eavesdrop on their personnel conversations. I personally like the idea of a filter. I wouldn't mind removing what I don't want to see in the recent activity. Do I really need to hear who's trolling who unless it's against a friend of mine?
