The Girl at the ObservatoryWertpol
The sequel to Evernight.
Well it has been over a year since I have published Evernight, and I finally got around to finishing part 2. It's much more a little experiment of mine to create a sort of point-and-click level in little big planet, and thus doesn't have the most spectacular gameplay ever. But I'm still very proud of it and think it's my best level yet. Many people kinda liked Evernight I guess so have fun. Hope you all like it.

I played this level. It was by far your best on my opinion.

The scenery was great, even though it was black and white.
I loved the idea of sticking eyes on everything. It had a sticker switch on evey object

I didn't really like walking up and down the stairs over and over. But that was the only thing I didn't like.

I gave it five stars. No heart because of stairs.
Overall, it's a good level to play.

F4F: Alien invasion. When it comes out

Be sure to remind me on that, or else I'll probably forget.

Oh and by the way, if you put a sticker on the sponge at the stairs to the right of the observatory(the very high ones) it'll actually say that climbing the stairs is very tedious. C:

Review:

Good Tings:
- The look of the level
- The mystery style thing was very unique and it worked great. I put the eye sticker on almost everything just to see what would happen.
- The homemade music at the beginning which kind of fading into the wilderness music was awesome.
- The intro was clever with the cable car.
-The darkness when you enter the observatory was clever and I realised why you did that afterwards.

Bad Tings:
- It wasn't very challenging.
- It was a bit short.

Overall:
It is a great level which continued the theme of the first one but, changed the gameplay. I gave it :star::star::star::star: and a <3.

(F4F: Can you review 'The Deep Blue' (https://lbpcentral.lbp-hub.com/index.php?t=67276-The-Deep-Blue), thanks.)

The homemade music at the beginning which kind of fading into the wilderness music was awesome.
That 'homemade music' actually used to be an entire song, which would've been playing throughout the cable car travel. Also, parts of the world used to collapse around sackboy, but I had to remove all that when I ran out of space lol.
This would've been the actual music...(Arranged in piano obviously, it still sounded quite epic)

It wasn't very challenging.
I always have such a hard time figuring out why people sometimes cannot complete levels...so I figured I'll meke it a little easier this time. xD I'll try to make it more difficult next time, although I don't think I will use this type of gameplay again.

It was a bit short.
I didn't want to delete even more of the level to make space for something else in there...I've never had so many problems with the thermometer.

I'll review your level tomorrow if that's okay, I'm tired.

This level was very unique. The visuals were cool (I always love silhouette levels for some reason), and I was actually a bit creeped out when I saw the hanging guy with no face, which is rare for an LBP level.

The gameplay was so unique that I enjoyed it even though it was tedious at times.

I just wish it was longer...

I was actually a bit creeped out when I saw the hanging guy with no face

When I started creating him I actually only made his top half hanging there, and made it so there would be a saw in which his lower half would be caught up and blood covering the floor and such...I decided that was a little too macabre though.

Congrats on the spotlight Wertpol! I absolutely loved the art direction in this level and the custom music at the beginning is very cool. 2012-02-19 18:22:00

How could I resist such an offer? As long as you make sure to tell me which level I should review for you in return so that I don't feel like a selfish jerk that'd be lovely.

By the way people, considering no one even knows when LBP vita is going to be released, I think I'm going to start creating the third part on the PSP too. Isn't that like the most interesting thing you've heard all your life...

Okay here's the promised review:

The Goods:
- Good choice of music (The Wilderness yay!)
- Good story
- Great use of stickers
- Stunning visuals
- Awesome intro with the cable car
- Searching the objects with the Eye sticker was a brilliant idea (I just spammed the whole level with Eyes just to see what will happen xD)

The Bads:
- Could see some of the logic pieces
- Some camera zones didn't fit
- This level was quite short
- The ropes on those stairs, on the right side looked kinda ugly for me
- You could use some more checkpoints (at the end before the gas pit for example)

The Most Awesome:
- Self-made music = Win

Overall Rating: :star::star::star::star::star: + <3 (Even if there are some minor bugs this level really deserved to be spotlighted)

I would really like to see part 3 of this (if it's possible).

Self-made music = Win

I'm really looking forward to using music sequencers in LBP Vita, I'm gonna be soo much more motivated if I can add custom music that fits much better with the atmoshpere I try to achieve.

(Also, that self-made "music" were only 8 notes that repeated over and over again lol)

Awesome Stuff:
-Point 'n Click originality
-Some dialogue was sooo funny
-Self-made music
-Beautifill visuals
-The first level to actually give me a creeped feeling

:kz: Stuff That Needs To Be Sent To The Void:
-A bit short
-A flaw in the background during the cablething

Stuff That Was Strange, Yet Awesome:
-You'll find out once you sticker EVERYTHING.

The Rating:
:star::star::star::star::star: + <3
