My wife and I have been creating for a long time, we are new to lbp central. We surf the community as a family of four. We are looking for 2 things; good levels to play, and ways to bring players to our levels. We have entered the level of the month contest and were nominated for level of the year. Did not win, but was a lot of fun! If anyone has advice on how to navigate this overwhelming site we would be grateful.

Hello and welcome! there are lots of places to visit! My favourite is the Level Showcase (http://www.lbpcentral.com/forums/forumdisplay.php?40-Level-Showcase) area. Which is full of great levels and people looking to learn through feedback. I see you're looking for good levels: so check out this thread (https://lbpcentral.lbp-hub.com/index.php?t=64702-LBP2-more-than-simple-levels). My signature has got also a great single player level made by me. To bring people to your levels, post them in Level Showcase (http://www.lbpcentral.com/forums/forumdisplay.php?40-Level-Showcase), as Mr-Fusion said. You can also include links of your best levels in your signature and post like crazy (just a suggestion)

Aha, welcome to the site. Family of four on LBP, I like the sound of that. Pretty sweet if you ask me. Depending on your game, you should check out the respective sections (LBP1, LBP2, PSP, etc.). I don't traverse too many sections, so I'm not the best guide. However, there should be some good folks who'll direct you guys to whatever you need. Have fun

Welcome! Glad ya made it! So wonderful to hear you play LBP as a family! Tons of great stuff to see and do here. From the Tutorials and the Help forums to the Level Showcase where you can post your levels. There is also a community contests forum and general chat forum. Each part of the forum is broken into sections with related forums inside each. So a top level Forum view might help you see what all is going on. Once you get caught up, I find the What's New link to be very handy, which brings up all the threads that have been created or have new posts since you last visited. Have fun!
