I recently discovered that someone has created a PSN account under the name SombreroLIama, using a capital "I" to appear as the second "L." This is no coincidence, as this poser also stole my planet! All the stickers and decorations on it are mirrored exactly on his! To make things worse, he partakes in h4h. He even tried to h4h with me! I can't seem to find any rule he could be in violation of, but I'd like to do so so that he can be stopped from ruining my good name! Any suggestions?

I think he is trying to ruin your reputation. It looks like he's publishing copied levels and such. Wow, that's unusual. There was a case of somebody trying to impersonate another about a year ago, but not to this extent. The real player threatened to report him, and he stopped. You can try that. Or try letting someone who can look into it know. The closest rule I know to this is the fact that you cannot impersonate an official (mod or Sony employee). He really is giving you a bad name, hm. Hope it works out. Or you could always call the Ninja Squad to go over there and WHOOP his tiny beehind! Nah, JK.

He copied your name, your planet, and tries to ruin your reputation???? Qu? asco de t?o!!! (sorry, I didn't found words in English to express my indignation) That's terrible! Someone should ban that hateable character. EULA terms doesn't have any clause to catch him, unfortunately. And I don't know the PSN Terms of Use, so I can't help with that. Sorry. I hope that son of his mother will be banned ASAP

Yea someone did that with my PSN AWHILE back before LBP1 even came out, he used a uppercase i since my PSN is a lowercase L and he was messaging people talking crap, but now I don't think he/anyone uses the account anymore. It started and stopped pretty quickly in my case, since I just ignored it, but in your case it's way worse because of LBP2, hopefully he'll just get bored & stop.
