Okay, so i have this contraption, imagine a weight scale but one that you walk on. What im trying to figure out is how to make it tilt when you walk on it (basically weight sensitive). because right now I have a wobble bolt moving it, any help would be great!, Thanks.

Have you tried a bolt that is just loosened a bit? ...that being instead of the wobble bolt. (just to be clear)

what do you suggest I loosen it to? That would depend on how fast you want it to move. The looser it is, the faster it will move. As long as it's not at maximum strength, the scale will move.

Half the fun is to experiment! ...probably like 0 at first. Think about it a bit. A balance (weight scale) is basically a beam with a bolt in the middle that has no tension on it. Like a teeter totter.

Have you tried a bolt that is just loosened a bit? ...or if you want it to return to its original position when there's no weight on it, try a Sprung Bolt.
