Not sure which test you're talking about...but a good Google search will likely help. I'll leave this thread open for a bit. was this an internet test and you had to put your cell number in? I made the mistake one time of downloading a game from somewhere and immediately after hitting "OK" I started getting all these texts on my cell phone. "free joke of the day", "free horoscope" all this junk. They kept texting and calling and was different numbers each time. They we're trying to charge me $9.95 for each one! I had to go online and opt out of these services that I didn't even "opt" into. Then I had call my carrier and dispute the charges and have them taken off. It was a pain in the butt. I learned my lesson. Hope it works better for you.
