This is the Mega man 2 intro remade in Littlebigplanet 2. Includes a custom song of the classic 8 bit title screen. This isn't so much about the visuals, its more about trying to stay faithful to the original intro. This is my first song with the music sequencer, and also my first (published) cinematic, so any tips on how to improve is welcome.

Please let me know what you think. Any feedback is helpful.

EDIT:
Just watched it, very good, almost exactly the same as the original, great job. The music was great too.

Loved megaman 2 the most as compared to the others in the series! Ill be back with a review soon!

Done! Here's your feedback:
-great music! Sounded exactly like the original game, but there were some parts that didn't sync correctly with the camera work (An example of this being directly before the pan, it kind of slows down and the background sound cuts into the music)
-Everything else was top notch! Possibly making the level out of actual pixel art would've taken me back more, but thats nothing to be nit picky about since its your first attempt. Love it! gave it a "Yay"

if you have time, could you F4F my level "Vinewood Swamp"? the link is in my signature, and thread isn't too far away. Thanks!

OK I am a huge fan of the first 6 Megaman games on the NES so I had to check this one out!

VISUALS:
I will say for the limited space that this level is, it looks pretty good and anyone who has ever played Megaman 2 will quickly recognize this. The music was good and the Sackbot of Megaman at the end without his helmet on was great. The one thing I did not like about the visuals was the background at the start. I know what you were going for, but the execution was a little off. Overall though it is spot on.

GAMEPLAY:
This is a cinematic level so there is no real gameplay.

FINAL THOUGHTS:
I thought this was a really cool level and you probably could not have picked a better or more iconic Megaman intro to reproduce.

RATING:
Visuals: 4.5 Stars
Gameplay: N/A
Overall: 4 Stars

VERDICT:
Great Job!

Wow thanks guys. I really wasn't expecting too positive of a reception. As for the comment on the background, that also bothered me, so I may change it a bit if I see a better way to set it up. As for F4F, your levels are being played now, had to help a friend who just got the game today, otherwise I would have done it earlier.2012-02-02 03:21:00

Fun Fact: I have honestly never played Megaman 2. I was just really fascinated by its intro the first time I saw it on youtube.

WOW! If you have never played Megaman 2, then you are doing yourself a disservice. This is truly a gaming gem that is timeless and I recommend you go through it at least once in your gaming life! Still to this day, I don't think that there are that many weapons in videogames that are as cool as the Metal Blade in Megaman 2!2012-02-02 18:54:00

Trust me I plan on playing it. I'm actually stopping myself from watching videos on it so the experience feels fresh (with the exception of the intro of course).

Anyway, again thanks for the feedback guys. I honestly thought people would complain because its just a short cut scene.
