No, I think this is new.

Anyway, I am gonna watch the others, but so far I've only seen the "release date" one. The Sony rep sounded about as sure as Eric did when he told me the 21st. I mean, it might be what they are aiming for, but I doubt it's going to release on the 24th everywhere. Especially since the Japanese version is supposedly confirmed for the 30th. I still don't trust it.

did you see this in their:

Also revealed: a faux-underwater level was taken out of the game for being too easy, and may be part of the first DLC.

There is definitely going to be water in the game if what they say is true

aer0blue. It's a "zero", not an "O"!
d:
Just messin'!

And no I don't mind... Why would I? :3

Regarding the release date, it may be the 21st for the US (games usually release on monday/tuesday), 24th for the UK, and 30th for Japan. I wouldn't be surprised... I mean, they ARE different countries, after all.

We'll just have to wait and see... Hurry up with that interview, Mm! ;D

I doubt the UK would be later than the US. I mean, MM are based in the UK..

With the PS3, there aren't any late releases in other countrys now. Come on, theyve moved to global simultanious releases. Nuff said.

aer0blue, I see that now. Sorry about that.

That last video is awesome the way the little guy on the right lured them over then ran. But he showed back up on the other side and was controlling the crane that was trying to kill them. Also at the beginning of the level the fish in the aquarium on the wall followed them around, nice. And that machine at the end was the most complex machine I've seen so far. Their is no doubt we are going to see some amazing stuff after this game is released. When everyone starts making custom levels.

If everyone is like me when you first started following this game. You seen a video and said while I could do this if I had the game. And with each trailer and video your ideas have gotten more elaborate in your head about what you could make. Can't wait for this game!

Just to be clear: It sounded like the pseudo-underwaterness (if that's a word) was just simulated by using jetpacks and a blue cloth background. This shouldn't be taken as any indication that hydrodynamics are actually in the current game.

Ah man, that final boss video was amazing. My hype meter just exploded. I love how you can have enemies which die when you jump on their heads. I cannot wait to create classic 2d platformer style levels!2008-08-20 21:45:00
