I have a problem. As you can see, no LBP.me info is showing up above my avatar, and no matter what I do, even if I set my LBP.me info so that it's available to everyone, it still doesn't show up. I don't know if it's because I just joined the forums or if it's just a bug. Please help!

I'm no expert, but the information pulled from LBP.me isn't constant, so things may not show up for an hour or two. Edit: I just noticed that my lbp.me info and several other users info isn't showing up either, so this is a broader problem, it will be looked into more.

It has to do with LBP.me timing out and giving internal server errors. Possibly too many managed connections or something of the sort. Really nothing we can do about it except hope Sony / Mm will address it. I have tweeted to Tom as well as a few others, but as of yet no real news or response. If we cannot retrieve all the data when LBP.me is called, then we have nothing to display for some users some of the time. I don't think we call that data very often in a day so it will seem quite intermittent. However if you browse around on LBP.me for a bit you will see what I mean and get an error here or there.

I noticed that the site recently started to keep you logged in, which is cool hopefully it's just a hiccup and not a huge problem.

It'll only be displayed when set to be visible by all users. ...I just noticed that my lbp.me info and several other users info isn't showing up either... In the other cases, it's due to temporary timeouts on the lbp.me server, so it'll get cached as "not found" for a while (4 hours IIRC) to avoid putting too much strain on the lbp.me server. You can force a refresh by going to your Edit Profile page (http://www.lbpcentral.com/forums/profile.php?do=editprofile) and just clicking the Save Changes button - there's no need to change anything on the form.

In your case it's because you've set your lbp.me profile to private. It'll only be displayed when set to be visible by all users. I know I have to set it to "diplay all data" but that's the problem. I've set all my LBP.me settinigs to "display all data", but nothing shows.

If I look at your userpage (http://lbp.me/u/Cobaltor_252), I see "This creator has chosen not to publish their information to the web.", so there's no way the forum software will be able to read it either.
