sackbot compatible "require tag" on grab sensors.

| In 1.06, grab sensors got a 'require tag' option. This option works fine for movinators, but if you have a sackbot with tags attached, it won't detect said tags. There is so many reasons to make the 'Require Tag' option on the grab sensor NOT movinator-specific.
