OK Seriously How Do You Tweak a Sticker?

| I've spent like half an hour workign at this different ways to no avail. How on earth do you make a square custom sticker? Atm there are two ways to make a custom sticker, 1 is through the PS eye takign a pic of object, or B make thing in game then take a pic of it in game. But either way I end up with a rectangular sticker, and when I put it on my level's button, it gets all squished and messed up, grrrrr  So is there some tool I'm missing that allows you to tweak a sticker? ALSO How do you trim edges off? Or can we? MMM's stickers are not solid, and, say the pic of, rose, when you put it it is the shape of rose, not a white/black square with rose on it.
