Transfering data to a new Ps3

| So I just used the data transfer and got my profile on my ps3, but when I load lbp2, it forces me to star t over from the beginning , so I turned the game off so I would not lose save data, I'm not sure if I can get my items back until I finish the tutorials again? Asumming my objects and worlds are attached to my profile, not sure what else is taking 55MB. Just wondering if anyone has already done this before I proceed. | Hey RPG, I saved my entire LBP profile onto a jump drive and then simply uploaded that data onto my new PS3 with no problems. I can completely understand and respect the fact that if I could not upload my profile (levels, objects, achievements) , I would have quit lbp right then and there. I spent tooo much time and energy to start all over. Good luck my friend. ........as for having to redo the tutorials, I know when I transfered my data, I did NOT have to redo anything. | Oh I didnt use a Jump drive, I hooked one ps3 up to the new one and just transferred all the data over, and its just strange my profile and data is all here on my new ps3, but I am doing the Introduction over? I also couldnt figure out how to get this file on PS plus online, so I guess if something happens ill just use a USB. I didnt finish the introduction, so im not sure if it just comes back to my profile.
