Flickering lights question

| Hello! I've just implemented some flickering fairy lights into my level, but it seems as though when they're off, they turn pitch black! I am not sure, because I have not used fairy lights I don't think, but if you attach a sensor to it or a switch etc. then you can possibly decide what colour and brightness they're when they're turned off.
