So, anyone know, met, or even just seen someone who's "famous"? Be it an actor, musician, game designer, etc. It can even be someone who's simply interesting, as in they work with a unique job or something, but they them self aren't necessarily popular or well known. I once met the professional skateboarder Rodney Mullen. Seen the professional skateboarder Elissa Steamer (she's shorter than the version of her in the video game Tony Hawk, lol) Got an autograph by the professional skater Mike Vallely. The professional snowboarder Jim Rippey and I attended the same church for a few years. (I once came across an action figure of him later on, it's hilarious to see an action figure of someone you knew. ) I currently know someone who was one of the lead art designers for The Elder Scrolls: Arena. (No longer works at Bethesda though.) My brother knows someone who currently works at Insomniac now (don't know the details, they helped out with Ratchet and Clank stuff). My brother and I (brother mainly) know someone who now works on I Spy (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/I_Spy_%28Scholastic%29) video games (don't know many details about that either, I "know" them, but not too well.) When Pearl Harbor was bombed, a relative of mine only lived down the street from the base(s?), they have a piece of a Japanese plane from the event too. And of course we all know those folks that work at Tarsier and Mm now, I suppose.

Over a decade ago I met Kenny Baker and Anthony Daniels at a comic book shop. They're probably best known for being the actors who portrayed R2-D2 and C-3PO in the Star Wars films. Didn't get an autograph but then again I've never been too much of a fan anyway.

We actually were at the Warner Brothers Booth for the casts of shows like Chuck though, before the celebs were in there for the signing. The way the lines were handled was kind of a mess though. Luckily, Adam Baldwin was also doing more signings near the Battlestar Galactica people.

So because of of that I'm going to claim Julian Assange, not that I've ever met him but he did spend some years living on Magnetic Island (a suburb of my city) as a child. I mean, that counts right?

I've haven't met anyone famous(not unless SBG counts), by my family has. My sis met Justin Beiber with usher one time in Florida. She also met trey songs, chris brown, and a bunch of other singers I can't remember. My mom met jermaine jackson when she was younger That's about all I can think of right now.

The instructor for my game design class is a designer at Nihilistic. Met Spaff and Johnee at LBPC meetup. My grandpa was a rocket scientist for NASA. He worked on several lunar missions including Apollo 11.
