The archive (http://www.lbpcentral.com/forums/archive/index.php) is great for viewing the forum from the godawful PS3 browser or a mobile device since the regular site is a bit slow on either. I was just wondering if it was possible to have something like the archive only with added functionality, like displaying pictures people include in their posts, perhaps as a minimal stylesheet you could select?

Could you go into detail a bit more? i am not so sure i understand, though i do know how the PS3 browser works :l lol.. not too well Well, it was kinda dumb to suggest it could be implemented as a stylesheet. I believe the forum works by there being an array of php files that contain html and calls to the forum database, with the resultant web page being assembled from these files. What I'm suggesting is taking the archive version of the site and adding functionality to it, since it's much easier to view on console browsers or mobile devices due to the lack of complexity. Your post alone takes up 200 lines of html and tens of images, not including the css for element styling and scripts for controlling things like resizing large images you may post. Viewed from the archive however it takes up around 2 lines (with word wrap). If the names of the individual php files correlate with the class names for div elements then it appears the regular and archive versions of the site use entirely different sets of php files prior to being assembled, so importing functionality from one to the other may be as simple as copy/pasting. e.g. you may be able to copy whatever call is in postuseravatar.php from the regular site to username.php from the archive and then avatars would be displayed in the archive username div for all posts.

Sooo in layman's terms: add more features (and design) to the archive so "slower" and more "low-tech" browsers and devices (PS3 Browser and mobile broswers) can easily and quickly post and do other things from their lower browsers? Sounds really good to me, it would help a lot so I can browse the site from my phone or my iTouch while I am at school in the lobby or in class bored

So basically a mobile version of the site? I've seen other vBulletin sites that have it, but it doesn't look like they have it installed here.
