Are you moving the chip that the sequencer/ movie cameras are on? Because if you move the chip, then the cameras angle moves with it. So if your chip is up high, and your camera angle is below it, then moving the chip down may make the camera view the floor.

There's also an annoying glitch where zooming may make the HUD disappear, making it hard to tweak the camera. I hate that.

did you use a sequencer? did you leave a space at the end of the sequencer open so it could end the video sequence? And yes if the camera moves to another position during the video phase it will mess up your angle unless you change the camera to one already set with the new area it was headed to.

When your level is set to Movie, the player won't spawn. You need to kickstart the sequencer that your movie sequence is on by wiring a battery to it. If your sequencer also contains cameras then it should work now.
