Cant pick are unlock pins on my profile?

| Ok I got banned awhile ago like 4 months ago maybe but it wasnt that big of a deal to me but now I wouldnt mind unlocking some new pins. So when I was banned I copy my lbp2 profile to another account to work on levels and what not and backup profile for later use, then I was un banneded, so I copy that profile to my joker account (which my joker account was the one that got banneded) So then when I started lbp2 and I got a msg saying my profile has been copy by another user which this profile was my joker profile that got banned and ther no reaseon it should say that. So anyway I save and backup the profile and then when I loaded up lbp2 it didnt say it any more but I stealcould not use are unlock any pins for some odd reason.
