What do you do when you're bored in LBP2? When my friends and I are bored or need a break from creating, we search for a random franchise with misspelled names (like soinc, spongbob or maro) because those usually lead to very crappy levels with hilariously bad grammar and character models. I mean, how can you not laugh at stuff like these?

I might go around trying to find those hidden jewels in the game, you know, the really quality levels that have less than twenty plays. But I love to fool around in create mode. I usually place something with a rocket attatched to it and place a ton of bombs. For instance, I made a little cube with a rocket set to 100% boost stuck to it. It's hilariously fun. It's like having a seizure while hyped up on Mountain Dew and Gummy Bears.2012-01-03 20:58:00

I create a structure made of separate pieces. Then I blow it to smithereens. Yep, I'm much more similar to Michael Bay than I'm comfortable admitting

Sometimes I make strange items and effects that won't ever get used in a level. Like a custom made piston that's moved by actual pistons. Or a hologram force field that will violently throw a sackbot back when he tries to cross it. Or a rail system inspired in Bioshock Infinite with a controllable sackbot that will automatically emit the hook and grab it when you jump towards the start of the rail.

Those kinds of experiments were basically all I did in create mode for two and a half years before deciding to make a level "for realz" this last summer.		2012-01-03 21:19:00

I usually attempt to make something ridiculously complex (not specifically thermo heavy), usually emulating something from another game e.g. "Overboard" / "Shipwreckers" inspired top down pirate ships.2012-01-03 21:48:00
