We've had ups...we#'ve had downs. We've had surprising deaths, and surprising closures. What I wanna know is....what do you think of this year? In general was it good? Or was it bad? Care to share some of the highlights...and the low-lights?

It was a pretty great year. I've had some trouble throughout it, but hopefully in the new year all those worries will just drop off. I've matured a lot, become a bit more aware of myself and my behavior, and achieved many goals. I've had some deaths, but thankfully more births. I really hope people become more optimistic about our future and that we'd all just get some morals. It'd be nice to get a grip. People seem to be so attracted to tragedy these days, that's all that ever seems to happen. But there's great news all over the place, it just doesn't happen to get highlighted. Ha, curiously enough, it's just like our LBP community.

I had an awesome year. Made lots of friends and improved alot on LBP. Bought a ps3 and finally played online with Nerz and SGR. There were funny moments too, like when Nerz said SGR and me were in love. That good old time ... Wait ...

This year was a bit hard at times, bad nights, bad days. But that's part of life and I see it as a good thing in a way because you learn from things that happen, you teach yourself better ways to deal with bad things. I'd like to believe I've matured a bit this year hence things I've learned all this year. This year was actually bright because of my best friend. Strong bonds bring happiness. And this community, the community, all the friends I have here. I'm grateful for everything. Thank you everyone.

I've simultaneously had a really great and really crap year. On one hand I've had some pretty amazing experiences and learnt a lot yet on the other there's not exactly a lot to show for it and I haven't really achieved much. I'm planning on this year being better in respect to the latter.

I'm planning on this year being better in respect to the latter. Kind of the same here. I did accomplish a few things here and there, but not as much as I hoped. But after setting a plan, looking at softwares, and ordering a new computer just yesterday, let's hope (and I know this is a pretty cheesy line, but might aswell get it over with) that this'll be the best year yet.

The best way I can describe last year for me would be this phrase: It was the best of times, it was the worst of times. One one hand, a lot of bad things happened early on and later on in the year. Having a relative pass away (along with several other people you know) is never good, but then throw on a meltdown that not only ruined March, but also made me & many others lose lots of work and a good friend... for me, I still can't believe that happened. And it all happened on LBPC, no doubt. But on the other hand, I saw some good happen this year. My attempts at storytelling actually worked-out pretty well (btw, if y'all really want the last part of the Halloween story, lemme know and I'll finish it up; lost interest), and I still haven't been banned or silenced on this site... yet (and I plan on keeping it that way). And, well... I found love. A love so deep that I've never experienced before... and something she certainly hasn't, as far as I'm concerned. And trust me, if anyone ever knew who, you'd all freak. So, for now, and probably for the rest of this relationship, my lips are sealed. So, I reiterate the mantra; It was the best of times, it was the worst of times.

It was the worst year of my life, and the previous two were pretty awful too. I expect things to get much worse yet though and I have absolutely nothing to look forward to in 2012. If I was diagnosed with terminal cancer tomorrow then it would actually be a relief.

I had a pretty crap couple of years culminating with me bursting into tears in front of all of my peers. (Naturally, I'm not going into why THAT happened) But 2011 was an alright year for me. It wasn't the best, but it was a start. Things can, and will improve. Once you hit bottom, the only was is up. Life is hard, but holding onto the reins is worth it. We made it through 2011. Now, let's see if the Mayans were right! (In the way of resolutions, I want to get NCEA Level 2 -our education qualification for kids my age- at Excellence. That's a golden ticket to University scholarships. I got it with Level 1, but Level 1 is easy and doesn't matter. It's going to be a big year for me. Doing 2 subjects 2 years ahead, and a diploma- and I'm only 15! I wonder if I'll push myself too hard.)
