Falling...but not turning ;/

I'm trying to do something where a series of blocks fall on the player and he has to survive but...
Whenever the block hits off anything it turns on it's side and messes everything up
Any ways around this?

Soory, let me explain it a bit better:
The falling block, hits off a stationary block.....and rolls off. This disrupts the whole level. The block rolls off, halfway between two blocks making them move off and the rest of the level is ruined.

As you can see, it turned sideways and blocked everything coming down.

So you want them to stack up?
You could use a tweaker and set it to sticky.

Yes. Quite simply. But if the player hits off them they turn soI'm back to the first roblem :/
It's probably simple...I just never use logic so I don't know how things work.

You only need a gyroscope set to 100% acceleration on each block. Simple as that.

If you hadn't refused my join request earlier, I would have helped you with this online.

Edit: So it was your sister playing on your profile?

You should NEVER let other people play on your profile, especially sisters. You never know what havoc they might be wreaking. She could have deleted your poppit items, or sent insulting messages to your friends, or published a level containing inappropriate content that could get you banned, or...well any number of awful things really.

Haha, good one. I guess gyro would do the job, but if it doesn't I would try making a grid of tags in the background and make the object follow tag after impact, so it will magnet to the closest tag, and fix to the grid. 2011-12-29 22:59:00
