Paintinator health restores

I noticed that in MGS Act 4 that there are those lifts that, when shot, come down and then their health restores. I was wondering how this worked. I thought at first that it was an emitter making a new one, but they were connected to a piston, so it obviously wasn't that. Then I tried to connect a button to the Paintinator switch thinking that that might make it restore its health, but that didn't work either. It's not quite as simple as it looks, but its not too hard either. The simple answer for your question is that you just need to set the switch to "One-Shot" to have it auto-regenerate its health. To actually make the piston work the way it does in the level, you need to also set the piston's "Flipper Motion" to "Out".
