Play mode problem

| I've been working on a very detail, visual, thermo heavy level. Last night I went to show a friend and experienced a problem. We went into play mode. As we came through the entrance and I got the replay, contine, go to create message. I could NOT play. My friend said it was allowing him to move and look around. He could not grab my character. He could see me but said it was like I wasn't there. (The level is still on my Moon and not published) At first I thought maybe something was wrong with the entrance. I deleted that one, put a new one in, making sure it was not blocked. (there is only one other checkpoint in the level and it's a level link) Tried again same message. He left and I could play it. | Maybe being the host of the session along with spawning in an area with high complexity is causing the issue. You could try moving the entrance to a less complex area or a blank part of the level and see if you can spawn together there. | 2011-12-23 11:18:00 Author: Ayneh  Posts: 2454 |
Thanks for the suggestions.  I finally found out what the problem was. Somehow in the tool bag, under gameplay controls the timer limit was on 0.4 secs. Changed that and it's all good. | 2011-12-28 07:04:00 Author: Lady_Luck__777 Posts: 3458 |
