Where can I find this background I keep seeing in LBP2? You get a clear view of it in 0:44 of steve big guns level SUPER BUNNIO http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=UAxLNv5x8DU&feature=channel_video_title I've seen this background several other times in levels such as Isle of New'Behta so it can't be user created...

It's not an actual background. It's created by the creators using the 3d layer glitch. The cloud structure that you see is actually bubble glass material turned to zero on brightness. Hope this helps.
