Move controlls glitching with game camera's

I am trying to make a move game and I want to use a game camera to have a top view of the game board. A good example of what I am trying to do would be say playing a game of chess from the top down and wanting to look at the chess pieces and not the charecter, but with a move controller.

My problem is I cannot get any game camera to work at all in any way what so ever while having a motion controllanator around. I cant even get one to shake much less look at what I want or any thing for that matter.

While messing around with this I put my game camera on the move controllanators chip and i then hit square to look at the view of the camera and it showed it up underneath the out side barriers of the create zone.( the padded walls) allowing you to look way past what your aloud to look at/ sorta like the 3d view but not.

Any ways I still cannot get a game camera to work at all with a move. Please help!!!!!!!!!!!

I can get movie cameras to work, but no game cameras............................

Why a game camera ? Movie cameras are way better. Did you know that you can make movie cameras with endless time or 0 time ? 0 time is used to disable it. You could use a main camera showing the whole board, and a zoomed camera on a hologram block which follows the cursor (don't put it on the cursor itself). That way you can set the follower's speed, acceleration and range (set a minimum range too, it reduces shaking for fluid and relaxed camera transitions). When you activate a camera, it makes a transition, you just have to set it to soft pan and you're in busyness!2011-12-15 02:47:00

I do know this I also know a movie camera cuts about 25% of my screen cut off.

I want the biggest view possible to view the playing area.

Ohhhh I see it kicks it out of wide screen when you make it unlimited. That's actually really dumb, turning it to unlimited should not change the view they should leave it wide screen and just add a option to game camera or just allow the use of a game camera with the move.2011-12-15 03:40:00

No it kicks it out of widescreen when you enable popit controls.

Actually, there are borders around when you set it to disable control (on the camera's settings)
Nothing to do with the controllinator's "disable popit" option. I guess that's what speedynutty wanted to say though ^^
