Can't login to lbp.me, redirected to T&C to read & crashes
Archive: 10 posts
Very strange has anyone noticed that when you try to sign into lbp.me or any site using the PSN login system that you get taken and new Web terms of privacy page? After that it just keeps crashing. But I've managed to sign in now after having to see this page several times. But for another friend the site just keeps crashing and he's given up. Has something happend to PSN or have just sneaked in another new terms and conditions update today? If so maybe this should be in the news section. UPDATE: Tried clicking on a level once logged in and got redirected to a survey asking a few question andwhat I was searching for which looked very dodgey so I hit the back button. | 2011-12-08 10:35:00 Author: LittleBigDes Posts: 920 |
that sounds very odd. have you reported it to MM? i think you really should because i can't see that being an official redirect. | 2011-12-08 12:12:00 Author: GribbleGrunger Posts: 3910 |

Well it's not happening anymore so I'm not sure if it could be recreated for bug fixing. Or if the site actually got hacked momentarily as it seems to be working fine now. | 2011-12-08 12:16:00 Author: LittleBigDes Posts: 920 |

sounds like you need to run some spamblockers and do a spyware/malware search and clean on your system | 2011-12-08 18:35:00 Author: biorogue Posts: 8424 |
sounds like you need to run some spamblockers and do a spyware/malware search and clean on your system Dam it, it's on my work computer and if anything is on the network I'm sure the I.T dept will be contacting me soon. All seems fine so far, I will run a full system scan. Thanks. | 2011-12-09 11:13:00 Author: LittleBigDes Posts: 920 |
Browser redirects are bad news... Dam it, it's on my work computer and if anything is on the network I'm sure the I.T dept will be contacting me soon. All seems fine so far, I will run a full system scan. Thanks. You're accessing your PSN account from a work or public computer? >_> | 2011-12-09 13:45:00 Author: Ayneh Posts: 2454 |
Browser redirects are bad news... You're accessing your PSN account from a public computer? >_> Nope it's locked to my staff account at work. Just done a full system scan and it's all ok. UPDATE: Hasn't happend again though. The redirect to the new web privacy terms was to the official Sony site from lbp.me. I'm assuming it had something to do with the system update we had recently. Everytime I tried to go back from the Sony site to lbp.me it wouldn't let me until after a few goes so I thought maybe something is up with the Sony and lbp.me site. Since another friend said his kept crashing. So far it seems ok. | 2011-12-09 13:49:00 Author: LittleBigDes Posts: 920 |
The redirect to the new web privacy terms was to the official Sony site from lbp.me. I'm kinda confused since you wrote in the opening post the site you got redirected to seemed dodgy but nevermind. | 2011-12-09 14:07:00 Author: Ayneh Posts: 2454 |
Yep got taken to the Official Sony site then when I tried to click on my level in lbp.me it redirected me to a dodgy looking survey asking me questions and what I was looking for. Which seems very odd. So I clicked back and clicked my level link again and it was fine. | 2011-12-09 14:11:00 Author: LittleBigDes Posts: 920 |
