Maybe it's just me but it seems like it takes a long time for each page to load. I checked the size of the banners and one was 400k, that's a huge file for a graphic file. if it's not the graphics I'm not sure what it is, maybe a database thing.. but it takes a good 10-15 seconds for most pages to load for me... even on my iphone.

It has seemed slower to me over the last few days too... also sometimes the bottom of pages are not loading but a refresh will solve that Regards Dave

I think I remember reading something once about the site occasional becoming slow, maintenance or something? I can't remember. Anyway there's options in your settings to turn off the rotating headers, avatars, signatures, images etc if you'd like to.

A bonus of donating means it removes ads. Not something everyone can do I understand, but iPhone browsing without extra banner ads is a joy.

It does this for me too. Usually after I mash the refresh button a couple times it loads.

Yea the site is slow for me.. It started 2 weeks ago and it's been the same since. The banner and the top part of the page loads instantly but then I have to wait around 10-15 seconds for it to load below that.

I switched over to Google Chrome and it loads a little faster that way, actually a lot faster.

Not sure what happened but the problem seems to have fixed itself... thanks to whoever took care of it
