A Quick Question Involving Reporting

| My brother was supposedly reported for "word offence" (I believe the correct term is verbal offence or fowl language) by this jerk who I reported and temporarily banned for the same reason two weeks ago. Except, all my bro said was the dictionary definition of "menace" (it's in my level title, and my brother nicely corrected the jerk's grammar). He didn't say ANYTHING mature, vulgar, highly offensive, etc. like the reporter did to me (you know..."sentence enhancers" as a familiar cartoon puts it). Will my bro get temporarily banned? Or will the other guy just get banned? I think the rules state that you can't abuse reporting like that, and in this case, I would just call it revenge or a bad comeback. Note that I reported the guy two weeks ago for the same reason, so he probably just has the wrong idea. A simple answer is appreciated. P.S.: The guy is one of those players who will go around posting "NOOB" on people's profiles and calling their levels "retarded". | Lie with dogs and you are bound to get some fleas. And what I mean by that is its best not to engage in conversation. Some people are very quick to have unknowns join them. But if I saw someone say my level was 'retarded' I would report that as offensive language. I would also not make it a habit if associating with them.
