How do i make a new psn?

Yep... the ps3 came back out yesterday for LBP! ( I finaly got it!  )But i have forgoten my curent psn password so im going to make a new one. But how i can't find the option to do it anywhere? I knew people would laugh. I don't see a create new user option though should it be on the screen when you first turn it on? | You don't need to create a new psn id... You can just go onto subaccount, and then you get to a sign in page asking for your email and password. There is a forgot you're password link, inwhich they send the password to the psn id's email address (inwhich you use to sign into psn on your ps3) and then you get a password and you get your old stuff back!
