I've seen some levels with sponge glass, which is normal looking glass but with rounded edges and it's grabbable. How can I access this? Don't tell me "get it here link", because I want to know how to get it myself.

well I believe, and I could be wrong, but that you cannot recreate that glitch in LBP2. However, if you make a square piece of glass and use the corner editor tool on it, you can make it have rounded "corners" and then put a material tweaker chip on it and set it to grabbable.

To my knowledge the only way to get it is to get some that is already made. The way it was made was by taking a material, turning it to gas, then capturing it as an object. Pull it out of your objects and de-lethalize it. I don't remember which patch it was but they patched it after people started talking about it.

Don't tell me "get it here link", because I want to know how to get it myself. There was a bug in LBP1 v1.0 called the "material properties glitch" (a.k.a. "cow glitch" for no obvious reason) which allowed you to give one material the properties of another. When it was patched in v1.07, a new bug was introduced known as the "spongy glass glitch" (a.k.a. "gas glass glitch") which allowed you to give any material (not just sponge) a glass-like appearance in any of the 6 gas/glass colors, but this was subsequently patched in v1.12. So the only way to reproduce it now would be to have a copy of LBP1 patched somewhere between v1.07 and v1.11, which is no longer possible to do (unless you happened to have made a full system backup between Dec 2008, and Apr 2009), since the first 18 patches are now rolled up into a single patch. However, every material that was available at the time of this bug being patched has been glitched to every possible glass color and is available in my Garden of Goodies level (link in sig).
